Zehnder ComfoSpot 50 Single Room Heat Recovery Unit with Plastic External Wall Panel, Humidity and CO2 Sensor

The Zehnder ComfoSpot 50 is a decentralised ventilation unit with heat and humidity recovery using synchronous supply and extract air operation for venting individual rooms.  The unit is often used in apartment renovations as well as in new PassivHaus residential builds. An enthalpy heat exchanger is standard, offering a high degree of heat (up to 82%) and humidity recovery (up to 70%). The product also includes both a humidity sensor and a CO2 sesnor which automatically adjust the levels of ventilation according to moisture levels and level of occupancy.

The ComfoSpot 50's low profile design makes it discreet and its paintable internal and external panels allow it to be blended seamlessly with its surroundings.  Control is either by its integrated panel or using an optional remote control panel (528 009 050).  Multiple units can also be grouped into zones using the optional RFZ module (527 010 550).
